The following core business phone features are included with your monthly service:

Optional add-ons—including call recording, toll-free numbers, voicemail transcription, SMS/text messaging, eFax, and additional telephone numbers—have separate charges.

VoIP calling, including 911, may not work during an Internet or power outage. You must provide and keep your registered emergency service address current. Mobile softphone use does not replace your responsibility to maintain accurate emergency location information.
