At Zeta Broadband, we’re always looking for ways to deliver more reliable, high-performance service to our customers. That’s why we recently made the decision to transition our CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) deployments from Google SAS services to Federated Wireless.
Changing critical network infrastructure partners can often be a complex and risky process—but our migration to Federated Wireless was anything but. From the very first planning sessions through to final execution, the Federated Wireless team made the transition feel effortless. Their clear communication and hands-on approach gave us complete confidence every step of the way.
When it came time to cut over, the results spoke for themselves: within minutes, our CBRS network was fully operational on the Federated Wireless SAS platform.
One of the most immediate benefits we’ve seen since the migration is improved spectrum accuracy. Federated’s SAS platform appears to open up more GAA (General Authorized Access) spectrum than our previous provider, especially in areas where we were previously limited or unable to operate. That means better coverage, less congestion, and higher quality service for our customers.
For Zeta Broadband subscribers, this change translates directly into:
Stronger and more reliable wireless connectivity
Expanded service in areas that were previously restricted
Greater flexibility to meet future demand as more devices and users come online
We’re excited about the possibilities this new partnership brings. By leveraging Federated Wireless’s SAS technology and expertise, Zeta Broadband is better positioned to maximize the potential of CBRS and continue expanding broadband access in the communities we serve.
As always, our mission remains the same: to deliver dependable, affordable, and innovative broadband solutions.
